Section 5 AAC 41.600 - General

The provisions of this section govern aquatic resource permits required for collection, transport, possession, propagation, or release of aquatic organisms for scientific or educational purposes. Aquatic resource permits for scientific or educational purposes will be issued only to those organizations and individuals who meet the departmental requirements specified in this chapter.
