Section 5 AAC 40.370 - Plan approval(a) A draft regional comprehensive salmon plan must be submitted to the PNP coordinator for department review and comment.(b) The draft regional comprehensive salmon plan must be distributed for public review.(c) The regional planning team shall respond to comments received as a result of these reviews, and may incorporate them in the final draft of the regional comprehensive salmon plan.(d) The regional planning team shall submit a final draft of the regional comprehensive salmon plan to the commissioner for review and approval.Eff. 3/31/85, Register 93Authority:AS 16.05.020
