At its March 14 - 28, 1994 meeting, and in accordance with 5 AAC 39.210, the Board of Fisheries approved the commissioner of fish and game's adoption of 5 AAC 38.168, which took effect 6/27/93, and, additionally, amended that regulation effective 7/23/94, Register 131.
