Section 5 AAC 38.165 - Fishing seasons for clams in Registration Area D

There is no closed season on clams, except that clam harvesting may be conducted only under the terms of a permit issued by the commissioner. The permit may specify the species to be harvested, method of fishing, area of operation, harvest levels and other related information.
