Section 5 AAC 27.055 - Permits for herring spawn

The taking of herring spawn for commercial purposes may be conducted only under the terms of a permit issued by the commissioner or the commissioner's designee, unless otherwise provided in 5 AAC 27.100 - 5 AAC 27.990.
