Section 5 AAC 27.692 - Herring pounds and other holding devices in the Alaska Peninsula-Aleutian Islands Area

In the Alaska Peninsula-Aleutian Islands Area, a herring pound or other holding device may be used to hold live herring before processing, only under the conditions specified in a commissioner's permit.
