Section 4 AAC 34.010 - Purpose

The purpose of this chapter is to provide direction and guidance to school districts to ensure the districts' compliance with AS 14.17.420 and AS 14.30.400, and assist the districts in compliance with federal requirements under 42 U.S.C. 2000 d (Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964).
