Section 3 AAC 59.060 - Grant administration(a) The department will, in its discretion, award a new business incentive grant in accordance with AS 45.81.010. The department will process applications for new business incentive grants on a year-round basis. The department will review applications on a first-come first-served basis until the new business incentive fund is depleted.(b) If the new business incentive fund is depleted before the department finishes reviewing an application, the applicant must reapply during the next fiscal year when money is appropriated to the fund. If an application form and supporting documentation, as required by 3 AAC 59.040, are already on file with the department, the applicant may reapply by submitting supporting documentation to update information already on file.Eff. 6/11/2000, Register 154Authority:AS 45.81.010
