Section 3 AAC 48.456 - Date of designated pipeline facility status

A pipeline facility that is the subject of a simplified pipeline tariff under 3 AAC 48.452 - 3 AAC 48.454 becomes a designated pipeline facility on the date the simplified pipeline tariff goes into effect.
