Section 3 AAC 48.450 - Applicability and purpose(a) The provisions of 3 AAC 48.450 - 3 AAC 48.490 apply to a pipeline carrier proposing to implement or revise a simplified pipeline tariff for a designated pipeline facility.(b) The purpose of 3 AAC 48.450 - 3 AAC 48.490 is to create a separate class of pipeline facilities under AS 42.06.620, each of which is referred to as a designated pipeline facility.
