Section 3 AAC 48.330 - Format of tariff sheetsEvery tariff sheet must be legible and formatted to print eight and one-half by 11 inches in size and, except as provided in 3 AAC 48.360(d), include
(1) the number of the utility or pipeline carrier's certificates of public convenience and necessity;(2) the tariff sheet number;(3) the tariff sheet revision number;(4) the name of the utility or pipeline carrier;(5) the tariff advice number; and(6) the proposed effective date.
