Section 3 AAC 306.110 - Endorsements; generally(a) An endorsement expands the boundaries of a licensed premises or the authorized activities of the licensed business(b) Only the board may issue an endorsement(c) An endorsement is valid only in conjunction with a licenses An endorsement may only be transferred to another person if the licence for which the endorsement was issued is also transferred to that person.
