Section 3 AAC 108.580 - Reconsideration(a) An applicant whose application is denied may request reconsideration to the executive director of the authority. The request for reconsideration must be in writing, must state the basis for reconsideration, and must be received by the authority not more than 10 days after denial.(b) The executive director on reconsideration may accept or overturn the decision to deny the application, or request additional information from the applicant before making a decision. The decision of the executive director on reconsideration is the final agency decision. If the executive director fails to issue a decision within 30 days, the request for reconsideration is considered denied, unless the executive director extends the time for reconsideration.Eff. 9/25/2013, Register 207
