Section 3 AAC 106.260 - Loan amounts(a) A loan will not exceed $250,000 per loan application for a specific project if the rural electrification revolving loan fund balance is less than $3,000,000 at the time of application.(b) A loan will not exceed $500,000 per loan application for a specified project if the rural electrification revolving loan fund balance is $3,000,000 or more at the time of application.Eff. 2/16/96, Register 137Authority:AS 42.45.020
