As of Register 161 (October 1999), the provisions of former 3 AAC 94, Alaska Energy Authority were relocated by the regulations attorney under AS 44.62.125(b)(6) to 3 AAC 105. The relocation was done to place Alaska Energy Authority regulations in one part of 3 AAC and to implement ch. 58, SLA 1999.
