Section 22 AAC 20.535 - Disqualification of hearing officer(a) The provisions of 22 AAC 20.525 and 22 AAC 20.530, where applicable, apply to hearing officers as well as board members.(b) A board member serving as a hearing officer may disqualify oneself or may be disqualified by the board chair.(c) A board staff person serving as a hearing officer may disqualify oneself or may be disqualified by the board chair or by the executive director.Eff. 1/30/91, Register 117; am 3/29/2003, Register 165
