Section 22 AAC 05.280 - Post-remand community residential center placement procedures(a) Sentenced and unsentenced prisoners are eligible for non-furlough placement at a community residential center immediately after remand based on criteria established by central classification that is consistent with public safety. An initial classification, reclassification, or designation is not required.(b) A prisoner may be removed for cause from a community residential center placement under this section.
