Section 22 AAC 05.196 - Staff appearance standards(a) While on duty, an employee of the department shall wear a uniform or other clothing in accordance with requirements established by the commissioner.(b) Except when acting under proper and specific orders from a supervisor, an employee on duty shall maintain a neat, well-groomed, professional appearance in accordance with (a) of this section.Eff. 1/9/87, Register 101Authority:AS 33.30.011
