Section 22 AAC 05.135 - Facility tours(a) A person may tour a facility with advance approval of the superintendent.(b) A person touring a facility may enter only the areas that the superintendent designates and is subject to exclusion under 22 AAC 05.130(d) or for failure to follow the instructions of a staff member conducting the tour.(c) A person touring a facility may not possess or use a camera, tape recorder, or other sound or visual recorder without the prior approval of the superintendent.
