Section 22 AAC 05.125 - Clothing, bedding, and linen(a) Pretrial prisoners, except those in punitive segregation or administrative segregation pending investigation of a disciplinary infraction, must be allowed to wear personal clothing in living areas and in other areas of the facility where security does not require a clothing restriction.(b) Prisoner clothing, bedding, and linen supplies must be provided in accordance with procedures established by the commissioner to comfortably and adequately meet the needs of prisoners.Eff. 9/10/77, Register 63; am 1/9/87, Register 101Authority:AS 33.30.011
