Section 21 AAC 25.310 - Disclosure to warn of imminent danger(a) If the ombudsman receives infomnation that the ombudsman reasonably believes provides specific and credible evidence of imminent danger of serious physical harm to a complainant or others, then the ombudsman may disclose the information to law enforcement personnel, other emergency service providers, or the endangered individual.(b) If a record that the ombudsman received from an agency contains inforaiation that the ombudsman reasonably believes demonstrates imminent danger of serious physical harm to a complainant or others, but the ombudsman cannot disclose the record without violating AS 24.55,160(b), then the ombudsman will contact the agency that provided the record and advise the agency to contact law enforcement or take other action to prevent the threatened harm.Eff. 6/7/2015, Register 214, July 2015Authority:AS 24.55.090
