Section 21 AAC 25.210 - Agency response to consultation(a) If the agency's response substantially resolves the complaint and provides an appropriate remedy, then the ombudsman may discontinue further investigation and close the complaint as resolved.(b) If the ombudsman does not close the complaint as resolved, then the ombudsman shall report the ombudsman's findings and recommendations to the agency under AS 24,55.190.
