Section 21 AAC 25.050 - Initial evaluation of complaint(a) Within 30 days of receipt of a complaint, unless the time is extended to obtain additional infonnation from the complainant, the ombudsman will determine whether to accept the complaint for fiirther investigation or decline the complaint. If the ombudsman declines investigation of the complaint, the ombudsman will notify the complainant of the reasons.(b) The ombudsman may extend the 30 days for a reasonable time in order to request additional infonnation from the complainant as provided in 21 AAC 25.010(d).Eff. 6/7/2015, Register 214, July 2015Authority:AS 24.55.090
