Section 21 AAC 10.320 - Grievance file(a) The ombudsman shall maintain a file of grievances against the ombudsman and ombudsman's staff, including the ombudsman's response to each grievance. The grievance file is confidential to the extent that it contains material that may not be disclosed under AS 24.55.160, including the identity of a complainant unless the complainant has consented to the disclosure. The ombudsman may make a redacted copy of a grievance and the response available to the legislature or the public upon request. (b) The ombudsman shall prepare public summaries of the giievances filed under 21 AAC 10.300, and make the summaries available upon request.
