Section 20 AAC 05.1700 - Requirements for transfer(a) An entry or interim-use permit may be transferred only through the commission in accordance with AS 16.43 and this chapter.(b) A person who has contracted to buy an entry permit may not contract to sell or assign that entry permit before the entry permit is transferred to the person through the commission.(c) It is a violation of this chapter for a permit holder to allow another person to use the holder's permit without first transferring the permit to that other person through the commission.
