Section 18 AAC 90.210 - Change in labeling

A producer who has registered a pesticide under 18 AAC 90.215 shall notify the department if there is a change to the labeling of that pesticide and provide a copy of the items described in 18 AAC 90.205(b)(4) and (5) not later than 30 days after the change occurs.
