Section 18 AAC 83.605 - Domestic wastewater secondary treatment requirements

A permit issued to a domestic wastewater secondary treatment facility must include as a condition compliance with the applicable requirements set out in 40 C.F.R. 133.100 - 40 C.F.R. 133.105, adopted by reference in 18 AAC 83.010.
