Section 18 AAC 75.275 - Service of process

An agent designated for service of process under AS 46.04.040(e) must be a resident of the state or a corporation authorized to do business in the state. If no designation is made and filed, or if process cannot be served in Alaska upon the designated agent, process may be served upon the commissioner.
