Section 18 AAC 65.050 - Grant payment procedures(a) In each agreement executed under 18 AAC 65.030, the department will set out the terms of and a schedule of payment for the grant covered by that agreement. A grantee shall include a summary of costs and results as part of a payment request. The department will specify the information to be included in a payment request.(b) The department will base the final payment of the grant upon actual eligible costs of the project under 18 AAC 65.020.
