Regulations of the federal government for use, reuse, and recycling applicable to a generator and transporter of hazardous waste, and to an owner or operator of a hazardous waste treatment, storage, or disposal facility, including used oil management standards, promulgated and published as 40 C.F.R. 266.20 - 266.360 and 40 C.F.R. Part 279, as revised as of July 1, 2002, are adopted by reference.
