Section 18 AAC 53.160 - Quality assurance program(a) To demonstrate an acceptable gasoline quality assurance program under this chapter, a CAR shall conduct periodic sampling and testing to determine whether the gasoline has an oxygen content that is consistent with the product transfer document required by 18 AAC 53.105.(b) A control area terminal owner or operator may not accept gasoline into a control area terminal unless that owner or operator first conducts a quality assurance program as described in (a) of this section.Eff. 9/25/92, Register 123; am 10/31/97, Register 144Authority:AS 44.46.020
