Section 18 AAC 34.730 - Toilet and handwash sink requirements

If a direct-market land-based facility operator installs a portable toilet or privy in accordance with 18 AAC 34.085(d), the operator shall monitor the use of the handwash sink located at the entrance to the processing area to ensure that employees are washing hands after exiting the toilet facility.
