Section 17 AAC 42.150 - Opportunity to comment(a) The airport manager must notify the public in accordance with 17 AAC 42.400 and provide an opportunity to comment before adopting or substantially revising any noise compatibility program under 17 AAC 42.140 or zoning plan under 17 AAC 42.145.(b) In addition to the requirements of (a) of this section, before developing a zoning plan under 17 AAC 42.145, the airport manager must also conduct a hearing on the plan in accordance with AS 02.25.030.Eff. 1/14/2001, Register 157Authority:AS 02.15.020
