Section 15 AAC 160.500 - Alcohol access and employee play prohibited(a) A bingo game may not be conducted under a permit in a room, enclosure, or outdoor area where alcoholic beverages are sold, served, or consumed during the process of the bingo game.(b) A permittee or operator may adopt house rules that prohibit an employee from playing a game of bingo.
