Section 15 AAC 160.300 - Ownership of gaming items(a) If an operator purchases a gaming item and charges it as an expense to an authorizing permittee, the gaming item becomes the property of the permittee at the time of purchase.(b) If an operator ceases conducting gaming activity on behalf of an authorizing permittee, the operator shall immediately return all gaming items owned by the permittee to the permittee.(c) As used in this section, "gaming item" includes pull-tabs, equipment, supplies, and other items purchased in connection with gaming activity.Eff. 7/30/94, Register 131Authority:AS 05.15.060
