Section 15 AAC 154.440 - Eligible expenditures(a) A grantee may expend funds granted under a capital grant only for the purchase, construction or rehabilitation of emergency shelter or transitional housing facilities or for the purchase of furnishings or appliances for such facilities.(b) A grantee may expend funds under an operating grant for non-capital expenses reasonably necessary to operate an emergency shelter, a transitional housing facility, or a program that includes case management and social services related to homeless prevention and/or permanent housing placement.Eff. 5/14/97, Register 142; am 10/20/2009, Register 193Authority:AS 18.56.088
