The Corporation will make a preliminary determination of the subsidy level based upon the borrower's application and supporting materials. The agreement required under 15 AAC 152.260 will require that the borrower submit information required by the Corporation to complete an annual income-review of the borrower. Assistance payments may be adjusted or eliminated based upon the Corporation's income-review.
