Section 15 AAC 151.780 - Corporation review(a) The Corporation will review an application to determine the applicant's eligibility to receive a tax credit allocation. The Corporation will consider, among other things, the criteria specified in 15 AAC 151.750 and the priorities set forth in the qualified allocation plan referred to in 15 AAC 151.730(b).(b) The Corporation will review each application, at a minimum, three times to assess the financial feasibility and viability of the proposed project.(c) The Corporation will establish an evaluation review committee to rank applications based on the priorities determined by the qualified allocation plan referred to in 15 AAC 151.730(b).
