Section 15 AAC 116.435 - Report by department upon failure to make report or making false or fraudulent report

If a person fails to file a report at the time prescribed under 15 AAC 116.410 - 15 AAC 116.490 or makes, willfully or otherwise, a false or fraudulent report, the department will make the report from the information it obtains.
