As of Register 70, the material formerly in Title 14 of the Alaska Administrative Code has been relocated to Title 17. This reflects the consolidation of the former Departments of Public Works and Highways into the Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, accomplished by Executive Order No. 39 (1977). (See AS 44.42.)
