Section 13 AAC 90.110 - Volunteers(a) A grantee shall have written policies on volunteer services that include(1) the philosophy, goals, and objectives of the volunteer program;(2) the responsibilities and tasks of volunteers;(3) the procedures and criteria for selecting volunteers; and(4) the accountability and reporting requirements of volunteers.(b) A grantee shall have a documented training program for volunteers that provides information on clients' rights, program procedures, and procedures for emergencies.(c) A staff person or persons must be designated to serve as supervisor of volunteer services.(d) A grantee shall develop a procedure for reviewing volunteers' performance and providing feedback to volunteers.Eff. 9/22/84, Register 91
