Section 13 AAC 75.050 - Request for reconsideration(a) An applicant whose application is denied may request that the commissioner reconsider the decision. The request for reconsideration must be received by the commissioner not later than 10 days after the date the applicant has been provided with written notice of the rejection, including notice by electronic mail.(b) The commissioner may concur with the decision of staff, and deny the application, request additional information from the applicant, or require further consideration of the application by department staff if the commissioner determines department staff erred in rejecting the application.Eff. 1/26/2018,Register 225, April 2018Authority:AS 44.17.030
