Section 13 AAC 52.040 - Workers' compensation for volunteer firefighters(a) A fire department of any political subdivision or service area recognized by the state fire marshal under 13 AAC 52.030 may also be eligible under AS 23.30.220(a)(4) and 23.30.243 regarding workers' compensation if a complete list of members is submitted annually to the state fire marshal.
