Section 13 AAC 02.445 - Riding on snowmobiles and other off-highway vehicles(a) A person driving a snowmobile or other off-highway vehicle may ride only on a permanent seat attached to the vehicle; no snowmobile or other off-highway vehicle, when driven on a highway, may be used to carry persons other than the driver, unless the vehicle is designed and equipped with a seat for a passenger.Eff. 12/31/69, Register 31; am 6/28/79, Register 70
