Section 11 AAC 71.280 - Inspection and reports(a) Activities conducted on state land under timber or material sale contracts or under log salvage licenses are subject to inspection by agents of the division. Books and records of a purchaser or licensee, and of the purchaser's or licensee's contractors and subcontractors, relating to operations under the contract or license are also subject to inspection by agents of the division. Upon request of the purchaser or licensee, the division will keep information obtained under this section confidential to the extent permitted by law.(b) In a material sale the director will, in his discretion, require the purchaser to submit monthly, semiannual, annual, or other periodic reports, including a final report, on a form provided by the division.
