Section 920-X-5-.01 - Veterans Organization Activity

All county service commissioners may hold any appointive or elective office in any chartered veteran's organization in the state of Alabama, provided the duties of such office do not interfere with the duties of such county service commissioner, as determined by the state service commissioner.
