Section 920-X-1-.05 - Statutory Provisions And Delegation Of Authority

The missions and duties of the department are carried out pursuant to statutory authority as set out in' Code of Ala. 1975, §§ 31-5-1, etseq., and any provisions as enacted by the legislature with respect to the agency. The state service commissioner to whom functions are delegated in accordance with statutory authority shall, with regard to those functions, exercise all the jurisdiction conferred by law on the department.
