Section 890-X-1-.01 - Purpose

The Alabama State Tenure Commission adopts the following rules and regulations governing procedure and practice, hereby rescinding all prior written rules adopted by the commission. The purpose of these rules is to facilitate the commission's effective performance of its statutory duties.
