Section 880-X-8B-.04 - Compliance With Permits

All persons shall conduct surface coal mining and reclamation operations under permits issued pursuant to this Chapter and by the State Regulatory Authority and shall comply with the terms and conditions of the permit and the requirements of the Act and these regulations.
