Section 880-X-5A-.15 - Status Of Notice Of Violation And Orders Of Cessation Pending Review By DHA

Except where temporary relief is granted, notices of violation and orders of cessation issued under the Act shall remain in effect during the pendancy of review before a hearing officer or the Commission.
